I need to check your complete EFI to check all the files within not just the config.plist, meanwhile try the ID layouts recommended by UtterDisbelief. My ID layout is 7, in the past I was using Layout 1 but the audio was getting pops and crackles in playback so for me 7 gives a cleaner sound.Here it is
