AppleHDA.kext attached is from MultiBeast 7.0
Missing: org.chameleon.Boot.plist/Kernel Flags/kext-dev-mode=1
Fix: MultiBeast 7.0/Customize/Boot Options/Kext Dev Mode

I booted from another system and make sure that its located in system/Library/Kernels/mach_kernel

What did you to install Yosemite?
Remove: org.chameleon.Boot.plist/Kernel/mach_kernel

No, I am not booting in safe mode.

mach_kernel removed from org.chameleon.Boot.plist

Same problem.

Copied and pasted mach_kernel on the root then boot error appeared can't find kernel then boot completed and sound works.
