Hello guys,
After I updated to Sierra 10.12.4 ( to get the new Nvidia drivers for pascal) the system refuses to boot. I had the 10.12.3 prior.
I am attaching screenshots of the arguments I am using & the error states.
Here are the arguments I am using ( which worked fine for 4 months now )
I am relatively newbie to this so please if you suggest a solution keep that in mind. I did tried to google extensively to no luck.

I am using a Samsung SSD 840 Evo Drive ( not sure if this is relevant )

Thanks in advance for your time!

I have the same problem but I am able to boot by disabling GPU using bootflag nv_disable=1. Try that.
You can remove nvda_drv=1 since its not used anymore.
You need to modify your config.plist, at the bottom you should see "NvidiaWeb" something, switch the "Detect" key above it to "Yes".

Thanks for your suggestion!
With these flags i managed to boot up installer, finalized install but now i am stuck in this :
Busy timeout[0], (240s), kextd wait(0): ' AppleACPICPI'

I attached screenshot

Thanks for the help, really hoping to get this baby up and running!
