I have read than when you use smbios 4.1,5.1 or 6.1. You should delete (remove) AppleTyMCEDriver.kext and that is exactly what is causing your kernel panic, or use another smbios. If this is on your i5 why not use 14.1 or 14.2 ?

@CybermaniaK is correct - It is the combination of the MacPro5,1 System Definition and the AppleTyMCEDriver.kext that is causing the KP.

Either delete AppleTyMCEDriver.kext from /System/Library/Extensions on the drive that you are booting from or boot with -x and change the System Definition to MacPro3,1.
