after updating Cat to 10.15.6

Will not let me install read and write apps like clover , multi Beast. I disabled SIP ,no luck. enable SIP says not totally enabled. nothing works. worked great at 10.15.4. can't not install clover!

do these 3 commands in terminal:

sudo spctl --master-disable
sudo mount -uw /
sudo killall Finder

then try

Just wandering what the title refers to? There are already 2 betas for the upcoming Catalina 10.15.6 version available - for developers I guess - or is this a typo and
actually referring to Catalina 10.15.5 ?

OK , this is crazy !! MY PC Dell Oplex 3010 i5 8 gig.
I installed second 1t HD 2.3.restored backup Mojave.
Now everything works > sound on both Mo and Cat.
can install > kexts, Muti beast
run 32 bit on Mojave
