Also in the same boat (system no longer can boot after Security Update 2017-003 for El Capitan). So far I've tried updating to latest Clover, using both OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi and OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi files, as well as playing with various boot options.
@RehabMan - any suggestions? I'm willing to troubleshoot this issue I'm just out of ideas...
By the way, it's worth mentioning I'm on a Lenovo T440s with an i5-4200u (HD4400 graphics).

Create a USB with current Clover.
