after 10.8.3 update sound disappears on Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard

Prior to installing the 10.8.3 update, the sound Output showed internal speakers; 2 Line Out; and Digital Out, and the Input showed Internal microphone and Line In.
After I install the OSXUdpCombo10.8.3.dmg, these devices disappeared.

Has anyone else seen this? (Understanding that this was just released)

You need to reinstall the audio kext again since the update overwrites the patched kext that was installed.

same with me but after multibeast procedure I got sound and everything else back, but no internal microphone, and no and no an no what to do I do not know?
mystery everything is the same and back on place but no mic?

I had earlier in 10.8.0 Audio id 12 and internal mic listed in system profiler now I have id 1 and listed iphone earphones ane mic but in system sound preferences as input I have no mic only analog and digital line in?

I do not get it everything was working in lion and 10.8.0 with no hassle with multi beast procedure.

I solved the problem with multibeast but only after I manually delete AppleHDA kext and ALC8xxRealtek kext: somehow multi beast did not remove kexts like it should or what not while kexts was not deleted.
