i recommend getting a z77 board like mine if you are going to overclock. Gigabyte are not really the best for overclocking when i researched up on them (only the expensive ones are)

Trust me, I would.

On a serious note though, I'll be documenting the whole process on YouTube (I'm a filmmaker and studying computer engineering at a university), so hopefully this will look good in my engineering portfolio.

Gigabyte boards are more compatible.
