Advice on my to-be Hackintosh Build

So my question is, now that the recently released iMac's - as of 7/27/10 - sport new i3's would my build be easier to set up, or even possible? Any advice is appreciated.

P.S. I'll try and add the wishlist of my whole set-up when it is available.

You will still need to add a video card as the integrated video in the i3 is still not supported.

I'll be building it real soon, so I'm trying to figure out the best set up. Since I'm hearing both good and bad things about the motherboard, I'm thinking I'll take a shot at it, and work out the kinks as I go along.

Unless you go with a Sony or Pioneer DVD, auto-sleep won't work.
