Advice for buying PCI-e wireless and audio cards

I am too antsy to wait for a solid fix for ALC898, and I need WiFi for where my computer will be located. What are the most compatible options that I should buy to get these 2 pieces working? Thanks.

Try the TP-link WDN4800 for the wireless card. It works oob.
