When Lightroom was upgraded from 9 to 10 a month or so ago, I could no longer open my Lightroom catalog.
I called Adobe for support and they acquired remote access and couldn't get it to work either, downgraded to Lightroom 9.
So far there's no resolution - has anyone else had this problem and solved it?
I'm on macOS 10.15.7
