Hi All,
i have a Acer Aspire S3 with i3 Processor Modell:2346 with windows 8.

I have made with unibeast a USB Stick with Mavericks.

Now i went into BIOS and set to AHCI and default settings.

If i Boot into the Installer i got Apple Logo and its loading.
But then i got blackscreen and nothing else.

I have tried to boot with Graphicsenabler=No and Graphicsenabler=Yes.
And no change.

Also i booted with -v and -x and still not change.

Have you got any idea what im doing wrong?

thank you very much

What is your exact CPU model and what is your screen resolution?

And it is GraphicsEnabler, not Graphicsenabler.

Hi my CPU is Intel Core i3-3217U 1,8GHZ
Yes sorry thats my false i mean GraphicsEnabler.
My screen resolution 1366 x 768 Pixel.

Please update your profile to reflect your system details.

Try booting with: GraphicsEnabler=Yes IGPlatformID=01660003

Thank you very much that worked for me.
But not i have a problem i do not find the right dsdt.

You don't need to "find a DSDT" Instead you patch the native DSDT that is already in your computer.

ok, but how to patch?
i dont find how that i have to do with my laptop

First of all you need to have a reason to patch it -- something you want fix that might be fixed by a DSDT edit.

so the problem is following.
i have installed mavericks succesfull but still have no bootloader installed.
First time i tried to install with EasyBeast and after Restart my Touchpad did not work anymore.
So now again without Bootloader.
Now is the Problem that i have no sound.
And the secound thing is that every time i have to boot (at this moment via usb) i have to enter IGPlatformID=01660003 if not i got black screen.

So result:
1. I´m not sure which bootloader and how to install.
2. Fix the IGPlatformID=01660003 if booting
3. I have to get sound working.

3. I have to get sound working.

1. To install a boot loader, use Multibeast to install Chimera to your HDD.
2. Enter the IGPlatformID in your /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist
3. You need your audio codec ID first. Then find patched AppleHDA, they usually come with instructions for DSDT edits that must be made at the same time.

I have a repo of common laptop DSDT patches: https://github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch

#2 could also be done with DSDT patches (and a bit better):
"HD4000 Low Resolution"
"Brightness Fix"
"Rename GFX0 to IGPU"
