[SOLVED] Acer Aspire 7720G - WiFi and sound problem

Hi all,
I ve got an old Aspire 7720G laptop.
Legacy boot and Clover install on GPT with with no major issues.
Now I need to fix WiFi and sound, but have no idea where to go next. I ve checked this and other forums and did not find anything usefull. I understand the laptop is old, and not a lot of people using it.
Anybody here have exprerience with similar system?

Current build: Acer Aspire 7720G - T7500 - Geforce 9500M GS

or isn't it better to use Clover instead?

WiFi: Depends on having compatible hardware. Use DPCIManager->PCI List to find out what you have. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

Please provide complete details in your profile.

System: manufacturer/model
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: ProBook 4540s
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx). For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Thank you, RehabMan!
So I guess I need to install Windows first to get all neccessary values, then get back to Unibeast install and continue playing with Airport.
I will report back if I get any success.

[SOLVED]

- Internal keyboard and trackpad work with VoodooPS2Controller.kext placed in Clover/kext/Others.
- Sound including mic works great with patched AppleHDA.kext modded for Realtek ALC268.
- The solution with WiFi is to use external USB dongle. Still considering to replace with Airport Half Mini just to free up the USB port.
- For Ethernet I use the BCM5722D.kext which works OOB.

Hope it helps somebody.
