About to build - quick CPU Question

I'm about to start a build based on Tony's CustoMac Sandy Bridge #3.

Is there any downside to me substituting the much nicer Gigabyte GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 MB for his recommended Gigabyte GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3?

Probably a dumb question, but I'm a noob at the component selection aspect of all this.
