A mouse that has native smooth scrolling like Apple's Magic Mouse?

I'm currently using a Microsoft mouse with the Smart Scroll app to get haptic smooth scrolling but this trick makes my CPU scale to max multiplier whenever I scroll. Because of this there is a jitter between the moment I start to scroll and the moment my CPU hits max frequency to handle it.

I wanted to replace it with the Magic Mouse but all the reviews say its not very ergonomical and that's a big problem for me.

Is there a mouse you can recommend that will have smooth scrolling in OSX without the use of 3rd party apps? If you have a mouse that uses 3rd party software but it scrolls smoothly let me know as well (along with the app name).

what do you mean smooth scrolling? I have a Logitech MX master 2 when I unlock the scroller it seems like the page scrolls top to bottom very smooth. Not really sure I would see it if it was even smoother.
