A few questions about starting out with Windows then installing ML

So in a few weeks I will be able to order the rest of my parts for my CustoMac Pro. I will have 2 seperate 128GB SSDs I will be installing W7 and ML on. My question is, does it matter if I only run Windows on one of the SSDs then install ML on the other afterwards? Or do I need to use some VMWare to jump between OS on each SSD? Can't seem to find anything on the forum about this and would really appreciate any input. Thanks!
