5800x to 5950x upgrade not working "Couldn't alloc class "AppleKeyStoreTest"

Hi,
I had no issues with Ventura using my 5800x and expected a simple CPU swap and core change in the config, which I did. But, when I try to boot, I immediately get "Couldn't alloc class "AppleKeyStoreTest". Does anyone know why this 5950x is giving me issues? I changed the hex value from 08 to 10 and updated to the latest ryzen patches. Uploaded is my config. Sorry If I don't respond quickly as I've been up all night trying to figure this out.
