4k HDMI 60hz not working

4k 60hz over HDMI is not working. It's only 30hz. Booted to windows and 4k 60hz works with all the same hardware (monitor and cables). I've tried different SmBios (iMac18,1 iMac19,1, MacPro6,1) and nothing works.

nvm. got it to work. if you're using an insignia tv make sure to change the picture settings to "PC" and then make sure the Hdmi setting is set to "2.0" instead of 1.4 or auto.
