Hi,

got some problems with my new 4k Display. Running it on a GTX970, DP with scaling to 2560 * 1440.
It works good so far, BUT: at random occasions, the display turns black for just a second. Sometimes a few times a minute, sometimes only once in 5 minutes. I feel like its connected to high load, can't really say for certain though. Does NOT happen under windows, same machine second boot.
Got the new 10.11.6 and the new nvidia web driver enabled. Any ideas here?

Cheers

PS: Video card is under water, so temps should be a problem. Hardware monitor shows between 35°C and 46°C

still hot. load seems to be the factor here. or better temps since after high load it takes a while to normalize. can't reproduce under windows.
either driver is utter crap and video card is going into serious overload or software problem.
No one here with a similar setup?

I am currently experiencing the same issue with GTX 980 Ti - it only recently started occurring when I enabled CsmVideoDxe-64.efi though I'm not sure if it's a direct causation.
did u guys figured out?
