Ok after a few very good advice I have this set up in my mind, please tell me if I'm in the right path for my first Hackinstosh, I would like to work this with windows and off course Snow Leopard (that is my goal). Well here there is:

all that plus a couple of 40-60Gb SSD's for the OS's, a couple of large drives for storage and an external drive for back-ups and you should have a build you can be happy with.
