$2k Budget for SB Build - What would you do?

Looking for some opinions. I have searched the boards up and down - Now I am more confused than ever.

I want to spend less than $2k on a SB2600k system and have 14k+ GB scores.

What would you do?

What would you do?

I would spend the next month/few weeks reading/searching as much information on Hacks, Intel chips & chip sets, motherboards, etc. After that, then hit up the forum with some specifics.

if noise is a factor, make sure you get a good noise-free case and psu, also water cooling would be great. I got the Fractal design R2 with antec truepower, and coolit eco alc water cooling and i gotta say, i cant hear anything.
