24" LCD for 350-450$

SO which one should I get? I am a mediocre graphic designer(Autocad, Corel Draw, Photoshop) so I dont need a pro monitor for around 1k$ because I am mostly working with vector graphics in 2D for our company.
The monitor should be FULL HD and compatible with hackintosh. I will use it for games too. My main thing is audio producing in cubase and reaper so I will alter on buy another one 24" LCD to have dual monitors.
What should I buy? It would be nice if it would have some inbuilt tv tuner too but it is not necesarry.

I have been looking these lcd-s for days but the last one hasnt HDMI and I want full HD for games. This monitor is one of the best without hdmi.
