2 SSD disks keep changing their partition order

I have two ssd disks dual booting, one for linux, one for os x. Every boot the OS X efi partition has different name. Now it is disk1s2, after restart it is disk0s2. After each restart, it changes. I check it in terminal: diskutil list.
Is this normal? My hack is GA-H170-HD3 booting with UEFI Clover. Bios is set to UEFI only.

It is normal. bsd name assignments are non-deterministic.
