2 Questions about Chimera and EFI partition

1. How can I check which partition I am booting from? EFI or Mac?

2. Are there any current instructions for how to install the new Chimera 3.0.1 on the EFI partition. If not, can I get some guidance please?

I'm not sure. Doesn't this copy the Chimera from your existing partition to the new one. I want to instal it from the installer to EFI. When I tried mounting EFI and installing it directily from the app, it doesn't give the EFI partition as an option.

There isn't an option to install it to the EFI partition as you say. At present Asus Z87 owners and most AMD card users are going to need to do this manually at least for now. That may change in the future I am not at liberty to say otherwise.
