I successfully installed el capitan using clover and I have no boot errors :)
But there are 2 things I cannot fix: WIFI and audio. Before el capitan I was running mavericks with multibeast and I knew what to do.

With clover I have no idea what to do.

I would like to use the onboard sound of my MB Gigabyte GA-Z87N-WIFI, with a BCM943225HMB WIFI / Bluetooth card. Bluetooth is already working.

Can someone tell me step by step what I need to do?

where must the config.plist be saved? When I use clover configurator do I always have to mount EFI first? And must the config.plist be stored in that directory?

Thank you

For the audio, you dont say what this issue is. Do you have No Audio, or No Audio Devices detected? Take a look here http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/143757-audio-realtek-alc-applehda-guide.html first for Audio solutions. You are going to want to look at section:
3. cloverALC/Clover patched

  1. cloverALC/Clover patched
The directions are straight forward running the script is easy. This should fix your audio.

The EFI partition will always have to be mounted before you can access the config.plist and it must remain in EFI/CLOVER
IDK about the Wifi, I dont use it on a desktop.

thanks

this is what I get when I try to run the script:
EFI partition is mounted
System Integrity Protection status: enabled.

NOK to patch
Add config.plist/RtVariables/CsrActiveConfig=0x3 and restart
No system files were changed

You do not have SIP disabled. What config.plist are you using? You need to (easiest for you) load Clover Configurator, mount EFI and open your config.plist.

On the RtVariables tab, under CsrActiveConfig section you want to add 0x3 and in the BooterConfig section, add 0x28

Save and exit and reboot, then run script again...

thank you I did what you said but nothing changed.

I am using a "generated config" the only thing I did was using magic wand and now my hackintosh is a MacPro 3.1.
In section ACPI nothing is checked, section boot same, section cpu same, section devices: USB Inject and FIX ownership is checked, disable drivers is clean, GUI is clean, Graphics is clean, rt variables ..as you said, smb bios ..macPro 3.1, system parameters: inject kexts yes rest unchecked, and Kernel and Kext Patches as in the attached picture Kernel and kext patches.jpg

when is ran the script ist said:
File: audio_cloverALC-110.command_v1.0h
Password:
EFI partition is mounted
System Integrity Protection status: enabled (Custom Configuration).

Configuration:
Apple Internal: disabled
Kext Signing: disabled
Filesystem Protections: disabled
Debugging Restrictions: enabled
DTrace Restrictions: enabled
NVRAM Protections: enabled

This is an unsupported configuration, likely to break in the future and leave your machine in an unknown state.

The script has been successfully ran. But you missed my one question, do you have no audio, or no audio device outputs present in System Preferences > Sound > Output??

Not in Clover Configurator, as I listed and quoted above... In OS X
