1st build, opinion wanted

I've been thinking about building hackintosh for few months now, and after last apple's event I'll definitely go for it
I'll buy the components in december/january, not sure yet(although I can't wait ), nevertheless I've already made some work in progress build, so that I know rough cost.

I want win 7 as well, so dual booting is needed.

I'll buy 1TB hdd later, not sure yet which one, probably some WD. Also GPU is not included in list as I'm not much of a gamer, so I think that HD4000 will be enough for me, at least for start

I'm not exactly sure about motherboard, if it will be good enough.

It will work, but you won't get audio. The DS3H version 1.0 was recommended, but version 1.1 is out and has an incompatible NIC. Do you plan to overclock?

The B75 or Q77 in the Customac list would be an acceptable substitute? Look at specs and decide if they meet your needs.
