11,2 with nvidia 650 ti black screen

Hi all
If i use my correct definition (imac 11,2) i've got a black screen then I change definition to 14,2 boot correctly and nvidia 650ti works with native driver, but my I3-540 ( yes it's very old ) only work at 1,2 GHZ (9x) never work at 3,06ghx(x23).

note:With an ATI 5770 11,2 definition works out of the box and i3 works at 1,2 GHz and 3.06.

Changing my definition from imac10,1 to imac14,2 solved my case as well. So, the nvidia 650ti work native now. Thanks jermgr!!!

Hm...your issue sounds like it might fix my problem (I'm running the iMac 12,1 definition with the same card and it does that too).

Before I do this, though, am I risking anything like iMessage no longer working before I do (since I think the definition is tied to the serial and NVRAM)?

In my system 14,2 definition works only for nvidia card , the processor dont work at real speed . I need help . I dont find nothing about that.
