100 Series Audio patch is no longer needed.

I have upgraded to high sierra, and the audio was lost again.
So I disabled 100 Series Audio patch in multibeast, and the the audio got back.
The post is for those who are using z170mx.

Not selecting the 100 Series Audio option in MultiBeast does not disable; nothing happens.
On an upgrade, the previously installed patch remains, see
config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Patches/change HDAS to HDEF

Yes you are right, I have checked, the patch is there.
