10.8.5 build with windows and Linux studio

Hello, I want to build a PC with 10.8.5 since I already own in my MacBook Pro. Basically I want I want to time machine this hacktosh to look exactly like my laptop and I also want to install windows 8.1 and Ubuntu studio. I'm into recording so I really need a motherboard with thunderbolt inputs. Really interested in the z97x ud7 th , please let me know what you think and if you can recommend anything better. I'm new at this.
