10.7 to 10.7.3?

Ok, searched but could not quite find what I was looking for. Just installed 10.7 from thumb drive using Unibeast, ran Multibeast and everything seems to be working. Now I want to update to 10.7.3. Is it safe to update? I think it is update and then run Multibeast again, is that correct?
