This thread is for reporting Graphics Cards which work and do not work with Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.

In a similar fashion to the other thread on ATi 5xxx/6xxx 10.6.7 Native Support I will try and add Cards as they are reported and eelhead will then add them to the Wiki. When reporting please check if DVD Player will work.

Geekbench has some issues and will crash on some systems running 10.7 Lion. They are working on this and I have a Beta which does work on my machine now so hopefully an updated version will be released soon.

ADDED on 2011/08/05
I am adding a section on the list for Cards working in 10.7 but using rollback to previous drivers to make them work.

Please use the Notes section of the template to advise of any issues or steps necessary to make the card work

Please use the template at the bottom of the list for reporting!

Notes= I haven't had any issues with this card. I did have to manually add the C and P state generation to the boot.plist, but I get about 36fps in Cinebench. Overall great card that works oob in Lion and Snow Leopard. It is a 512 mb card, so the price is right for it too!

Multibeast = huh?
Method = Chameleon RC5 r1187, GraphicsEnabler=Yes, runs OOB; Patched GeForceGLDriver (check netkas.org), DeviceID add to NVGF100Hal.kext => no difference thus no need! CUDA active, but its speed not tested yet.
Framebuffer = 1279,56 MiB
MacOS = 10.7.0, 10.6.8
Reported by = aedon
Notes = Cinebench in 10.7 ca. 7 fps faster then in 10.6.8, Novabench same value, Luxmark also same value as in 10.6.8. CUDA in 10.6.8 makes 84 fps with smokeParticles. Working with Dual Head (2xDVI) on both 10.7.0 and 10.6.8 (2x 1920x1200). I switched the mobo from Asus P5K Vanilla to Asus P543TD PRO in order to gain speed with PCIe 2.0 (20 fps more in CUDA). I lost 1 eSATA but it's OK.

Notes= I think others with this card have not had issues, but xMove method did not work for me at all. Using that method, the installer would only start if GE=No, but that was worthless because no hardware acceleration. If I set GE=Yes, it would not boot at all. So I had to manually create a bootable installer image which fixed my issues and with GE=Yes, card is recognised OoB.

It should be noted that the card will not always be identified in Sys profiler. All depends on the order in which you get things working.

During one of my installs of Lion, i actually had full QE/CI during the actual install process. This card is a close to the definition of "Native" as you can get.
