Searching, I have not come across anyone else with this issue...
This is an ECS 945GCT-M that was working well with a custom dsdt for graphics/sleep under 10.7.3. Finally upgraded to 10.7.5, and I ran into the black screen on wake from sleep issue that is supposedly fixed by darkwake=0 kernel flag.

Unfortunately, when I put that flag into my org.chameleon.boot.plist, my dsdt not longer loads. I'm stuck at 1024x768 and can't even enter sleep.

Any idea why darkwake=0 would conflict with my dsdt (attached)?

I found a workaround to get this board to wake up from sleep properly without needing darkwake=0. You just need to go into the BIOS and set the user and admin passwords. Once these are set, wake from sleep works.

I had a similar issue with my Dell Latitiude D620 waking from sleep, and the BIOS password was the solution.
