Hm. Tried updating to 10.7.4 on a clean install of 10.7.3. Replaced AppleACPIPlatform.kext with the version posted here, rebooted...and almost instant kernel panic (about two seconds after the white apple screen appears).
At the top of the screen it says "Unable to find driver for this platform: \ACPI\"
Here's the fun part: if I boot from my Unibeast installation key, and then select the new 10.7.4 drive, everything works great. Of course I don't want to leave this key plugged in permanently.
Any ideas?
