Ok  You're welcome

haha, right now I have an blazing fast iHack :D
I did several things to get the speed back up:

- Repaired disk permissions.
(no errors found)
- Verified the disk, ERROR: partition map damaged.
so I had to repair the disk with Lion installer.
- There was still an OSX Lion dmg showing in disk utility. I removed it.
- After I ran disk repair OSX Lion also ran an check disk procedure.

All this made my iHack to shutdown within 6 sec, and startup in like 20sec max :D:D

Greeeeat mate
I, from time to time boot into single user mode and do a fsck -fy. When doing this, on my SSD the Blocks would be Trimmed (if you have installed Trim Enabler).
