the 10.6 DVD was the first to be released. The 10.6.3 DVD is the 3rd version to be released. Either DVD will work with iBoot+MultiBeast method for installing OS X. Suggest the 10.6.3 version for you as it has support for later hardware.

is this 10.6 the same one that can be installed to an intel core2 duo ? can i use this same dvd to install snow leopard to another cpu (intel core2 duo)

No. This is the last version of OS X on DVD and is all they now stock.
