10.15.5 Supplemental Update > Update can't be installed on this disk

I am facing the some issues when I downloaded the 15.5.5 update and tried to run it. Come someone help? I have seen this questions ask on other update versions also. My drives are APFS.

It says "macOS Catalina 10.15.5 Supplemental Update can't be installed on this disk. This volume does not meet the requirements for this. update."

Please someone help !

I think you should first install 10.15.5 and then the supplement update.

thanks for that ...i went back and tried to install the regular update ... i did it the way of downloading the package from the website and running the install .... strange thing is after the reboot and i get back into the system it still says 10.15.4

any ideas?

my clover is also updated already to 51xx

Check whether you have selected the correct disk. You will see multiple disks at the Clover boot screen. Select the correct disk from there.
