10.15.1 Update Gave Black Screen Even with "agdpmod=pikera"

Updated and got the black screen. Have tried to boot into safe mode and also tried Boot arg agdpmod=pikera with no luck. I would appreciate if someone came point me in the right direction? I have a gigabyte RX560 video card.

MSI RX560 DVI Port works OOB without WEG and Lilu. Try this. HDMI works only with updated WEG and Lilu.
