10.13.4 update causes eractic screen flickering

Clean install of 10.13.5, same problem as others. Quite unusable.

Used Clover Configurator to change SMBIOS to 18,1... bingo!

Now perfect.

I note, however, that there is no 18,1 option in latest MultiBeast.

Perhaps there should be...?

I have this issue if I update my system from 10.13.1 to 10.13.6 (and it was the same with 10.13.4.)
I already have 18.1 in SMBIOS. Not sure what else I can try changing to fix it?
Has anyone found another solution?
It's unusable with the flickering so I have to revert back to 10.13.1.

I used 17,1 (using Multibeast 10.4) on my 10.13.6 Mac OS X instance and the flickering is gone which I had using 18,3 and 14,2.

same problem, same solution. iMac 18,1 works like a charm while 18,2 and 18,3 get me artifacts all over the screen

Hi there, just installed High sierra and having the same flickering, i followed KGPs guide for SMbios 1,1. How do i go about changing it to 18,1? Just edit config.plist in the system drive EFI folder save and reboot? or?
