10.12.6 trackpad weirdness :D Issues with the prepanel

Hey so my track pad works correctly (injecting latest voodooPS2controller), I just do not have the trackpad options in my pref panel. But my trackpad pref panel isn't blank, whenever I click on it, it says "Wait for a Bluetooth trackpad to be discovered." and "No trackpad found". I have tried some of the guides for how to see the trackpad settings, but nothing works? It's like my system thinks this is a desktop? System report shows 15-inch, mid 2014 Macbook Pro?

Your trackpad is not Synaptics (it is probably ALPS), so you get mouse emulation.
No trackpad prefpane provided with mouse emulation.
Look for kexts more appropriate for ALPS.

Yeah it is an ALPS trackpad. Thank you, I will look around.
