1.35v RAM for Z87X-UD3H build?

Hi I was wondering if this ram would be ok for my (first) build based on a Z87X-UD3H and a 4770k

it is 1.35 volt, and Im not sure if this affects the build in any way?

i might want to OC the cpu a little (maybe to 4ghz on air) would this ram limit me from doing so?

Check the board specs for the RAM voltage. Also check the RAM compatibility chart on the GA web site.
