sys fan

Hi, I have built the Mini Deluxe with the above case/mobo. The mobo has sys fan slot, but it has 4 pins and the supplied fans with the Bit-Fenix Mini-ITX have 3 pins. Does this build need a sys fan? If so, how do i hook one up? The CPU obviously has a dedicated fan (the i5) and the corsair PSU...
