    @jbamford, Brother! Can't thank you enough for putting me back on the right path. Did as you said, cleaned up the mess, took out the extra entries, re-ran a clean multi-beast config and no more ACPI KP and booting perfectly main boot disk without usb key drive. ... SWEET! I don't have audio...

    Ok...On it! have no idea why the kexts are not there...I put them in "other" per advice from another thread MANY THANKS!!... for taking the time to look at this...will report back with results

    here is zip of EFI folder ... sans Themes and Apple directory (doesn't look like that changed and was big directory) It looks like there is a New Patched ACPI entry ... might be the cause?

    wow...that was a quick reply! ... tks!! At the moment trying to find the right boot args to get access to the config.plist on my efi partition. System was working fine until I used clover configurator and obviously set something wrong.

    Did you guys solve this problem? if so How? I'm having the exact same problem and my -v screen reads exactly like Op's I tried adding boot flag cpus=1 as suggested but get same KP. tks!!

    Error on boot when updating from 10.10.3 -> 10.10.4

    Did any of you figure this out? I too have this problem after upgrading fro Mav to El Cap. I used the Clover Unibeast guide. The upgrade succeded and I was able to boot main system through clover bootloader ... shut it down ... rebooted a couple of hours later and the bootloader freezes at...
