I've got my hands around old but good 6430u, and I wanted to install Mojave , but I got some errors.

One silly question. I am using this laptop at work, with external mouse, keyboard, and second monitor attached on VGA.
Could it be that something of those three causing this problem?

@RehabMan , the sound is gone again.
I haven't changed a thing. I tried putting FakePCIID and FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext (although I don't have HDMI)
CodecCommander, but no luck. It just won't start again...
Is there any other thing I could try?

Funny thing is, sometimes after restart, it just works :| I don't know why. It looks like something shuts it down on login or something like that... Haven't changed a thing... All working, and then after next reboot the sound...
I have followed your guide and I did manage to get it working!
BUT!
I had distorted sound on headphones and i copied CodecCommander to /L/E and for some *dumb* reason I changed layout from 3 to 28, and ofc sound stopped working. I changed layout-id to 3 again, but no avail.
I tried every option...
I have exact same issue with latest update of macOS (10.13.5) and Nvidia drivers 387.10.10.10.35.106.
Before update everything was working normal. (Two monitors and TV)
Anyone have some solution?

I am running 10.13.2 on my Hackintosh too on the same machine, just with 16GB RAM.
I just don't know why I got lower benchmark scores.. :| any suggestions? Edit: Could it be because in SMBIOS I set my Mac to 18,3 i7 7700k :think...
