Have you tried to put IntelMausiEthernet in /L/E? In the network prefpane try to add the Ethernet Interface by clicking the Plus sign in the left botton of the prefpane page. Hope this helps

I have had this issue, but as I remembered, IntelMausiEthernet is working for me but I had to set "Wake on LAN from S4/S5" to "Stay Off" in Intel EFI. Let us know if this setting works for you
