I have both a 8gb and 16gb USBs both partition and master boot record, mac os extended journaled selected and both fail to install immediately, what should I do?

I have a 7.96GB USB and when I go to install unibeast on the USB which is partitioned it fails. Should I get a 16GB USB to be sure it has 8gb free?

Do i need a 16gb usb because my 8gb one is actually 7.99gb and when i go to put unibeast on my usb is always fails installation
