What you did wrong with the audio is that you selected with DSDT. You need to select without DSDT or you can edit a DSDT but you probably don't want to do that with your board because you normally don't need a DSDT. You need to get the graphics kext back to fix your HD2500. Here you can read how...
If the DSDT fixes the problems that you have then you don't have to install a driver. If the DSDT doesnt fix the problem then fix it with a driver from multibeast. DSDT will probably don't fix audio 100% and you need a kext for it.
The fix for your GPU is GraphicsEnabler=No. If you don't want to type it all the time you need to go to /Extra/org.chameleon.boot.plist and add these lines:

What you can do is boot with the integrated graphics with -x. You can then install the drivers for your GPU with multibeast, restart and then put your GTX460 in.
