If the DSDT fixes the problems that you have then you don't have to install a driver. If the DSDT doesnt fix the problem then fix it with a driver from multibeast. DSDT will probably don't fix audio 100% and you need a kext for it.

Try PciRootUID=1 it's almost always required on Asus Motherboards.
