Hello, I have already posted about my MSI GE70 and so far I have working:
Wifi(through a usb dongle)
installed a bootloader
1080p works
my integrated Intel 4600 graphics are supported
What doesn't work:
Sound, no idea how to fix it and most of what I've found is not particularly helpful...
I reinstalled multibeast and "injected" the graphics into the boot.bios. but I still only get 64mb of vram.
Something that I forgot to mention was that after I followed the boot0 guide by TonyMac, I could boot in 30 seconds and I had the vram working.
Once I used the dsdt in my Multibeast...
I fixed the boot0 problem and once I stopped booting from -x the graphics became very smooth. However, I used "DSDT Editor" to extract my dsdt and then I installed multibeast again with the dsdt. I rebooted and the screen was back in 1024x768 and I only had 64 mb vram again.
