Did the above fix work for the pink screen issue for 2k monitors? I have MX27AQ that turns to pink screen after waking up from sleep then fixing it's self seconds later.

Not sure if it will say install...Mine has Data at the end.

I did not have to revert back to the old BIOS. I have the newest one.

I tried a couple of things and got it installed. I honestly don't know how it worked. First I got past the issue everyone was having above by copying these 2 kext, running this command in terminal and adding an ACPI patch. Sources...

Only a couple kexts work for me from that EFI now i'm stuck at installing on the GUI less than a minute remaining. Usually, I can get past this by restarting.
