Well it is not a matter of choice. A successful hackintosh requires the correct components. In this case OSX has never released on AMD. So there is no support for AMD in OSX. Some people hack the kernel to a legacy kernel to make this possible, but there are a lot of thing that will not work...
1) This is the secondary bios booting in. It is normal and there seems no way to fix it. You can flash the primary bios (F5) to the secondary one by pressing alt-f10 f11 or f12 (never really sure which one it is) then bost bios will be at f5. Still heven't had any luck in configurating the...
Well if I install the nec/renease driver it shows the ports and if I connect stuff to them they work, but I only have USB2.0 devices no USB3.0 to test. I disable the USB3.0 drivers for now because it slow boot up and shutdown by a few seconds.
Well on your card you never know. It is a model in-between two supported models. So it might be supported. Also just be wary that the early 6XXX support has come out of Imac and MacBook Pro which uses M (mobile versions) of the 6XXX line which are similar but usually lower power than the full...

Using the new DSDT fot P67A-UD5-B3
I can report the following:
Less watts usage at idle... so I guess power management is kicking in.
Cinebench Scores are now higher.... just like the autopatched.. so that is good
Geekbench...
THe DSDT I posted are not edited, you should grab and use the one in the database and use smbios iMac11,2. AML and DSL dsdt's are not the same thing, aml are compiled versions dsl are human readable and editable versions. You need a DSDT compiler like
DSDTSE to change from one version to...
Gordo's Guide is one of the better ones, Still for UD5 the JMicron driver is not needed, since there is no JMicron on this board. Also I do not install the latest ATI Drivers since those kill my displayport. You on the other have have 6xxx board and those I think require the new drivers.
