quick answer: for the time being no as you said, it is a problem with chimera/chameleon, that for some reason is only using 4Gb (minus whatever is used for onboard video).

are you booting 32bit, 64bit or UEFI? it depends what options you use when booting clover. i can only boot UEFI, 64bits causes boot0: done7 and 32bits kernel panics due the memory installed

that's strange...i tried the same on my n76vz but it had no effect on the RAM detection...same goes for the backlight. just to fully understand, this happens when you boot from the UEFI option or the non-UEFI? i tried both but still, only reads 3229 Mb of RAM.

hey omarmohi, just out of curiosity, booting with chimera how much RAM is activity monitor showing? i'm asking this because many of us with asus N*6 and G75 only have all RAM if booting with clover, however clover is quite buggy at least for me... as a reference...

try booting with the -x flag and start troubleshooting from there... i'm guessing it would be something regarding the power management, on my asus n76 it took me a while to troubleshoot it
